With plants in Austria, China, India, Malaysia and sales offices around the globe, we offer excellent career opportunities for creators, innovators and enablers with the drive to make a difference. To enhance our successful **Business & Operational Excellence Team** at the **Headquarters in Leoben, Austria**, we are looking for a passionate # Project Manager - Business and Operational Excellence (f/m/d) As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned projects - overseeing budget, scope, and quality - while also facilitating a variety of workshops by applying your skills, capabilities, and adapting to different formats. ## Your Responsibilities * Project Management: Lead and deliver assigned projects and tasks, ensuring adherence to defined scope, budget, and quality standards. Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date project documentation, perform risk assessments, and develop and implement effective mitigation strategies. * Facilitation: Plan, organize, and facilitate workshops, continuously developing moderation skills to ensure efficient and goal-oriented workshop outcomes. * Change & Transformation Facilitation: Analyze stakeholder landscapes to support change initiatives.
