- •Engineering degree in mechanical, coatings, or chemical engineering, or technician/industrial foreman in mechanical engineering
- •At least 3 years of relevant professional experience or practical experience in functional coatings
- •Knowledge in coatings and/or the screw industry
- •Entrepreneurial personality with a customer-oriented mindset
- •Analytical thinking and independent working style
- •Resilience, flexibility, teamwork skills, and determination
- •Confident appearance and strong communication skills

- •Willingness to travel including overnight stays and valid driving license (Class B)

- •Manage project operations for anti-friction coatings
- •Develop revenue strategies for the CNE region
- •Create a market roadmap and pricing strategy
- •Conduct market and competitor analysis with product management
- •Implement sales projects with sales managers and the Competence Center
- •Execute personal projects and innovative ideas
- •Support sales through customer visits and technical consulting
- •Share successful strategies within the SurTec group
- •Represent the SurTec group through presentations and technical articles
- •Facilitate knowledge transfer within the German sales network
- •Serve as a contact for Global Product Management
- •Represent SurTec Deutschland GmbH at trade fairs and industry events
