Anforderungen
- •Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects as a general contractor
- •Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Event Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering
- •Proven experience in leading large project teams and managing client and subcontractor negotiations
- •Experience with Museums, Cultural projects, and permanent or semi-permanent installations
- •Strong technical knowledge of Audio, Video, and Lighting systems
- •Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- •Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and complex project schedules
- •Passion for big and complex projects with a proactive and resilient mindset
- •Strong business acumen and technical proficiency
- •Existing network of clients in the AVL sector is a plus
- •Proficiency in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2) is a must

- •Oversee all phases of project management
- •Coordinate project planning and execution
- •Ensure quality, deadlines, and cost control

- •Negotiate and award contracts to suppliers and subcontractors
