Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage accommodation handling for the 2026 project in German-speaking countries
- •Report directly to the Regional Director on project execution
- •Ensure secure information flow between suppliers, accounting, and management
- •Execute business according to market strategy and defined procedures
- •Develop client accommodation proposals with the line manager
- •Contract suppliers and hotels based on event requirements
- •Deliver a lean and cost-effective operational structure
- •Monitor and deliver against operational KPIs in line with MICE standards
- •Maintain high competence levels within the team regarding products and services
- •Support the integration of sustainability into project workflows
- •Consider environmental, social, and economic impacts of business activities
- •Communicate regularly with line and senior managers on major developments
- •Secure training for the team on event software functionalities
- •Ensure services meet company quality standards
- •Supervise and delegate observation of cancellation deadlines
- •Be available on-site during key event days
- •Control costs and optimize profits
- •Build and develop supplier relationships for business success
- •Hold regular one-on-one meetings with subordinates for alignment
- •Ensure compliance with financial, industry, and legal standards
- •Plan, budget, and organize project completion
- •Correspond with event delegates during the preparation phase
- •Manage database setup and updates in event software
- •Provide onsite support during events
- •Track and report on project progress
- •Complete tasks assigned by the line manager efficiently
