Location: Zurich, Zurich, CH # Project Management Analyst (Hybrid; m/f/x/d) **About the Role** We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to join Swiss Re’s Global Finance Operations & Transformation (GFO&T) team. In this role, you will help lead the planning and delivery of a strategic multi-year project portfolio within Group Finance. You will be instrumental in driving change, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes that support Swiss Re’s transformation agenda. Your key responsibilities include: * Support Business and IT Leads and cross-functional teams in planning and delivering projects. * Defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders * Develop and maintain transparent, integrated project plans, status reports, and dashboards to support decision-making enable delivery * Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular status updates to leadership. * Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. * Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution. * Foster clear communication, accountability, and collaboration across all project phases and teams. **About the Team** Global Finance Operations & Transformation (GFO&T) is the unit responsible for the accounting and reporting of accurate and consistent financial information globally for Swiss Re for external reporting and internal analysis facilitating strategic decision-making. GFO&T spearheads the transformation of Group Finance, streamlining it towards a simpler, more effective forward-looking organisation. You have good work ethics, inherent motivation, and openness to work on changing topics in a transformational environment. * 4+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or transformation roles, ideally within Finance or Insurance. * Proven ability to manage complex projects and/or portfolios with multiple stakeholders. * Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving and communication skills. * Experience with various project management methodologies and tools, such as Azure DevOps, Waterfall, Agile, Jira, MS Project is a plus. * Experience in Finance processes and (Re)insurance is a strong advantage. * Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus. *For Switzerland, the base salary range for this position is between 104,000 and 156,000 CHF (for a full-time role).
