## Project Lead (m/w/x) ###### Permanent employee, Full-time ·Frankfurt am Main - HQ (House of Logistics & Mobility (HOLM)),Hamburg --- ##### Your mission As a Project Lead, you are responsible for the successful coordination and execution of customer-specific projects within the Rail-Flow Suite – from planning and implementation to rollout and support. * **Management of implementation projects:** Overseeing, coordinating, and supervising multiple customer-specific projects within the Rail-Flow Suite. * **Planning and rollout management:** Creating and maintaining project and rollout plans; coordinating role assignments with management. * **Project management standards:** Ensuring project execution in line with Rail-Flow standards, including setup and maintenance in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Atlas. * **Requirements and change management:** Managing requirements, bugs, and change requests in collaboration with the Implementation Manager, while considering contractual agreements. * **Client and project communication:** Organizing and moderating client status meetings, steering committees, and release meetings. * **Risk management:** Identifying project risks, initiating mitigation measures, and escalating critical issues when necessary. * **Invoice management:** Ensuring correct and timely invoices for project services. ##### Your profile * Degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, logistics, project management, business administration, IT or similar * Several years of experience in multi-project management, ideally in a logistics environment * Sound knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Atlas) * The ability to keep track of several projects at the same time * Strong organisational skills, high level of initiative, ability to work under pressure, willingness to travel and ability to work in a team * Very good communication skills in German and English ##### Why us? * Shape the future by shifting transportation from road to rail.
