Apply now and make an impact! * Independent development of products, technologies and their manufacturing processes as well as internal and external implementation * Lead R&D projects and solutions meeting concrete producer needs with alternative concrete concepts * Contact and collaboration with internal and external interface functions * Manages the expectations of the customer and stakeholder * Knows and maintains state of the art technology (e.g. competitive products, specialized literature, Congresses, patents) * Planning and documentation according to the process guidelines, presentations and vindication of the results/ projects internally and externally * Patenting of new technologies and initiating proceedings ## Qualifications * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Material Science or a related field. * **Experience:** minimum **2-3 years** of work experience, with **expertise in** **concrete technology, concrete mix design, formulation and application of concrete admixtures.** * **Project Management:** Strong understanding of project management principles in agile global teams. * **Problem-Solving:** Analytical mindset with a pragmatic solution-oriented approach.
