Project Lead Cost & Value Engineering(m/w/x)

In this role, you will drive innovation by leading global projects that enhance product value while reducing costs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with teams to establish cost transparency and identify optimization opportunities.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or comparable technical discipline
• •Long-term experience in Cost & Value Engineering, PLM consulting, procurement, or design engineering
• •Proven expertise in detailed cost calculation for manufacturing technologies
• •Proficiency in CVE methodologies such as benchmarking, function cost analysis, requirements engineering, and project management
• •Strong technical understanding of mechanical drawings, 3D models, and customer specifications
• •Skilled in using MS Office, cost estimation and design tools, and AI-supported work applications
• •Broad product and process knowledge in automation, electrical energy distribution, building technology, or electronics manufacturing
• •Organized, strategic thinker with excellent project and time management skills
• •Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written
• •Occasional travel to customers and suppliers
