**Responsibilities:**
**You will learn to:**
* Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
* Develop and implement cost control dashboard and procedures to monitor and analyze project expenditures.
* Analyze data related to engineering projects to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
* Support developing comprehensive project plans, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
* Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned and best practices.
* Support to generate the visibility on Train level Performance & Architecture and Work Package Status.
* Support on Managing technical risks thanks to mitigation plans incl. moderating separate task forces on specific technical issues
**Competencies & Skills**
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
* Proven experience in cost control, financial analysis, or project management within an engineering environment.
* Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
