- •Lead the controlling process of assigned packages
- •Monitor and control project costs
- •Identify cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation measures
- •Drive the cost and budget change process
- •Conduct root cause analysis and variance explanations
- •Manage the approval process for budget changes
- •Oversee WBS elements of assigned packages
- •Handle P2P postings and manual postings
- •Coordinate with the accounting department
- •Report on assigned packages for stakeholders
- •Support overall project consolidation and reporting
- •Assist with month-end closing processes
- •Prepare management reporting presentations
