Req ID:484965 Could you be the full-time **Project Chief of Operations (f/m/d)** in **Hennigsdorf** we’re looking for? **Your Future Role** 2,100 colleagues from 46 countries, including 800 engineers, shape in Hennigsdorf the future of rail mobility. The locally developed, manufactured, and maintained product range includes high-speed, regional, and local trains, subways, as well as trams and light rail vehicles. Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions, including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. You’ll report to Site Plant Director and the Project Director and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team. **We’ll look for you to:** * Lead and coordinate project operation activities and stakeholders from tender transfer to close-out * Manage activities related to industrial operations (industrialization & production line set-up, transfer of technology, supply chain, manufacturing, test and commissioning of the complete system) and ensure alignment with project objectives * Liaising with the Project director for QCD arbitration when needed * Develop the Project Industrial Management Plan (IMP) including the Project Industrial Organization (PIO), Make or Buy strategy, industrial planning & reviews, list of deliverables, ToT management plan * Support the delivery of the first trains of series **All About You** We value passion and attitude over experience.
