Internship: Project Assistant - Public Funded Projects (f/m/d)
Location: Gratkorn | Type: Part time
We are looking for a student in the greater area of Gratkorn/Graz, who could support our External Relations team. In this position you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international, innovative high-tech company and to develop your professional skills.
Your Responsibilities:

Supporting the Austrian External Relations team and the involved businesses in acquisition and execution of collaborative innovation projects

Supporting regular project reporting (incl. financial part) and communication

Taking responsibility for small structural improvement projects in this domain
Your Profile:
-
Ongoing studies in Business, Economics, Information management, Business Administration, Software Engineering and Management or similar

Experience in the area of External Relations is a plus

Good knowledge of MS Office
-
Project management and organization skills
-
Good communication and text writing know-how
-
Independent working style, but willingness to work in international teams

Structured and reliable way of working

Highly motivated and creative personality

Technical affinity is a benefit

Solid English and German skills (conversation and writing)

Availability: approximately 20 hours/week

The minimum salary for this position in Austria is EUR 2.300,00 gross/month on a fulltime basis.
