**The Project and Bid Engineering Manager Junior**
* is responsible for the technical development of sub-scopes of a train project (up to validation & certification)
* will ensure that the project's contractual technical requirements, engineering & QCD objectives are met and that existing Alstom platforms are operated in accordance with the project strategy
* takes care to design and implement a technical definition which fully meets Project Performances, Product Cost and Scheduling commitments for a sub-scope of a train project (during development phase)
* will work hand in hand with the Senior Project Engineering Manager or Bid Technical Manager
* will manage cross-functionally project technical activities and stakeholders at Train and Sub-System levels; and will endorse design authority and related decisions or trade-offs
* can be responsible to lead task-forces or work streams for unplanned activities
* can be responsible to manage ENG bid activities in alignment with the Product Platform
* can be responsible to prepare and drive technical opportunities within running projects up
* can be responsible to drive innovation activities within the project and align them with the specific product needs
**Key Accountabilities**
* generate visibility on performance of the assigned work package, work streams, processes or task-forces
* allocate technical and QCD objectives leveraging existing Alstom platforms and improvement of actual methodologies
* coordinate and monitor of cross-functional objectives, activities and deliverables
* develop planning and configurate management for sub-scopes
* support the management of technical risks thanks to mitigation plans incl. moderating separate task forces on specific technical issues
* generate reporting inputs on project technical and QCD status
