Anforderungen
- •5+ years of experience in IT project management
- •Proven experience managing large projects with full financial accountability under multiple contract forms
- •Experience in building or maintaining programs/portfolios with parallel projects
- •Previous technical background to understand interdependencies between components when delivering complex software-hardware solutions
- •Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- •PMP or other professional certification (desirable)
- •German language proficiency at a native level
- •Excellent command of English

- •Develop and manage the program roadmap
- •Oversee program budget across multiple projects
- •Collaborate with Account Management on profitability objectives
- •Resolve program issues and mitigate risks
- •Escalate issues and risks when necessary
- •Manage program status, including KPIs and project highlights
- •Ensure quality inspections are conducted as required
- •Analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas
- •Build and nurture positive client relationships
- •Identify opportunities to grow business and deepen partnerships
- •Transform opportunities into projects or solutions
- •Understand each client's business, organization, and objectives
- •Define roles and responsibilities across teams
- •Coordinate priorities and allocate resources across projects
- •Act as a mediator between stakeholders and team members
- •Participate in cross-project planning to resolve conflicts
- •Communicate program strategies and plans to management
- •Manage program communications and executive reporting
- •Support organizational performance management initiatives
- •Promote high standards of professionalism and leadership
- •Coach and mentor project and peer team members
- •Identify areas for improvement and communicate them to management
- •Conduct post-project implementation reviews
- •Support the Project Management Office and initiatives
- •Establish communication networks with C-Level and top managers
- •Learn clients' businesses to identify additional value ELEKS can deliver
- •Structure and de-scope activities into multiple projects
- •Plan and roadmap the entire program with specific project objectives
- •Identify and manage project dependencies
- •Organize people allocation and vendor involvement as needed
- •Manage risk effectively
- •Grow accounts to achieve company goals
