- •B.S /B.A. in Engineering, Science or Mathematics or equivalent
- •Track record of leading projects >$15M
- •Experience managing innovative solutions to technical problems
- •Experience building and leading multi-disciplined teams
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- •Knowledge of EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management, and IMS tools
- •Successful management and presentation of Gate reviews
- •Strong written and oral communication skills
- •Experience managing vendors, generating SOWs, and evaluating proposals

- •Provide overall leadership and guidance for assigned programs and projects
- •Ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance of teams for successful execution
- •Develop and monitor program baselines, performance, risks, and opportunities
- •Organize and direct staff, resources, standards, and tools for program completion
- •Motivate and influence program staff through effective leadership and team-building
- •Establish strong internal and external communication systems
- •Communicate program requirements and objectives to the internal team and subcontractors
- •Resolve conflicts and prioritize demands on assigned programs
- •Address unplanned program issues with effective solutions and resource escalation
- •Communicate program status effectively to leadership
- •Maintain effective relationships with engineering, operations, finance, and procurement
- •Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of key vendors in supplier program management
