  • •More than 5 years in project management or related
  • •Proficiency in project management methodologies
  • •Understanding of technical aspects relevant to projects
  • •Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
  • •Leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • •Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements

  • •Manage programs at the Lengnau site
  • •Ensure project achievements align with plans and contracts
  • •Raise issues to site leadership
  • •Maintain effective communication with clients and program owners
  • •Lead the development of Project Charters for each project
  • •Define objectives, timelines, communication channels, and meeting schedules
  • •Act as a role model for Project Charter execution
  • •Encourage effective communication with clients and project teams
  • •Maintain accurate financial records with the financial team
  • •Ensure timely invoicing to generate revenue
  • •Provide detailed financial reporting to the finance department
  • •Apply extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
  • •Ensure compliance with ThermoFisher’s Safety Standards
  • •Document program activities for regulatory compliance
  • •Maintain a strong network of Subject Matter Experts
