Anforderungen
- •University degree in business or engineering
- •Several years of relevant professional experience in business development, innovation management, or startup consulting
- •Hands-on entrepreneurial or startup experience, with understanding of the Austrian entrepreneurship ecosystem
- •Strong interest in emerging technologies, complex systems, and Deeptech innovation
- •Proven ability to design, facilitate, and manage workshops, mentoring, and incubation programmes
- •Excellent analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills
- •Strong organisational and project management abilities, including budgeting and reporting
- •High level of self-motivation, resilience, and structured, goal-oriented working style
- •Excellent communication, moderation, and interpersonal skills
- •Creative and critical thinker with proactive, solution-focused mindset
- •Genuine enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and supporting researchers
- •Team-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable in dynamic environments
- •Confident and empathetic communicator with strong presentation skills
- •Fluent in German and English (C1/C2 level, written and spoken)

Deine Aufgaben
- •Operate and manage the incubation programme
- •Support Deeptech researchers and founder teams from ideation to scale-up
- •Organise and facilitate workshops, bootcamps, and mentoring sessions
- •Provide coaching on business development and go-to-market strategies
- •Monitor project progress and ensure milestone achievement
- •Develop an engagement strategy for the innovation community
- •Build and expand a network of founders, industry partners, and investors
- •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to advance entrepreneurial initiatives
- •Manage budgets, resources, and reporting to department heads
- •Organise events to foster collaboration and business development
- •Continuously improve programme content and processes
- •Assess the impact of incubation support on spin-off performance
- •Represent the incubator at professional events and community initiatives
- •Contribute to the design of new programmes and workshop formats
- •Manage outreach and communication activities across various platforms
- •Provide advice for individuals interested in entrepreneurship
