- •Ensure seamless delivery of programs by managing logistics and participant experience
- •Travel with participants to seminar locations across Europe
- •Manage program budgets and track expenses
- •Ensure financial compliance
- •Maintain CRM systems and oversee program documentation
- •Analyze feedback for continuous improvement
- •Stay current with trends in executive education and leadership
