Deine Aufgaben
- •Drive asset success by managing internal cross-functional programs
- •Manage external partnerships as required
- •Support the incubator and medical affairs leadership teams
- •Ensure programs are appropriately resourced and efficiently conducted
- •Maintain program completion within agreed timelines and budgets
- •Translate asset strategy into execution throughout the product lifecycle
- •Provide cross-functional operational leadership to strategy teams
- •Coordinate team interactions and ensure structured meetings
- •Document and communicate clear decisions and actions to stakeholders
- •Hold team members accountable for functional plan delivery
- •Develop integrated program plans including cross-functional interdependencies
- •Establish robust plans with clear go/no-go decision points
- •Facilitate setting and tracking program objectives and priorities
