Deine Aufgaben
- •Drive asset success through management of internal cross-functional programs
- •Support external partnerships as needed
- •Collaborate with the Head of Tryngolza incubator and medical affairs
- •Ensure programs are resourced and conducted efficiently
- •Complete programs within agreed timelines and budgets
- •Translate strategy into execution for the Tryngolza leadership team
- •Project manage the Tryngolza leadership and RDMA strategy teams
- •Coordinate team interactions and ensure structured meetings
- •Document clear decisions and actions, communicating them to stakeholders
- •Hold team members accountable for functional delivery
- •Develop integrated program plans with cross-functional interdependencies
- •Work with the RDMA strategy team to create robust plans
- •Facilitate setting and tracking of program objectives and priorities
- •Monitor program progress against approved project plans
- •Identify and mitigate program issues and risks
- •Ensure systems reflect the current program plan for integrated planning
- •Manage program budget and long-term projections
- •Evaluate project resource requirements and address gaps
- •Prepare governance and executive management program presentations
- •Drive launch excellence framework and execution with the Global leadership team
