Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Project Management, or related field, or in-depth experience as program coordinator without bachelor's degree
  • •At least 1 year experience in program coordination within pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO company
  • •Familiarity with drug development processes
  • •Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Sharepoint, and project management tools
  • •Strong organizational and time-management skills, problem solving, and critical thinking abilities
  • •Team collaboration and interpersonal effectiveness
  • •Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • •Good written and verbal communication in English; German is a plus

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Support the Program Operational Director in monitoring program budgets and timelines
  • •Manage program quality, resources, and risks/issues
  • •Implement and maintain the SharePoint structure
  • •Coordinate program team meetings and offsite meetings
  • •Facilitate cross-functional reviews and vendor communications
  • •Establish and maintain core and extended team lists
  • •Track action items and milestones
  • •Assist Program Directors in preparing agendas and meeting minutes
  • •Distribute status reports to relevant stakeholders
  • •Create presentations and Gantt charts using MSP
  • •Communicate actively with research, clinical, regulatory, and other teams
  • •Update documents in alignment with the Program Lead and Program Director
  • •Steer program-related reporting and communication processes
