Anforderungen
- •Ability to understand complex matters in customs and export processes
- •Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further education in export and customs
- •Many years of experience in import, export, and customs
- •Profound expertise in customs law, export control law, and preferential law
- •Comprehensive knowledge of customs and foreign trade regulations
- •Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- •Willingness to work with an international team

- •Ensure legal compliance for export, import, and customs matters
- •Advise all departments on customs and export-related topics
- •Monitor compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations
- •Coordinate and manage export-import processes
- •Review and optimize existing approvals and certificates
- •Oversee preferential rights at PI Karlsruhe, PImicos, and PIC
- •Review export transactions requiring permission and submit BAFA applications
- •Monitor changes in legal export regulations and support implementation
- •Revise documentation and check processes and contracts
- •Develop guidelines and procedures, and conduct training sessions
