Anforderungen
- •Completed technical vocational training
- •Several years of experience in production or production-related areas
- •Initial leadership experience in a production environment
- •Knowledge of manufacturing processes and automated production lines
- •Experience with continuous improvement projects and lean management (e.g., KAIZEN, Lean Six Sigma)
- •Quick comprehension, resilience, and strong team spirit
- •Fluent in German (spoken and written); English is a plus
- •Willingness to work in shifts (currently 3-shift model, possibly including Saturdays)
- •Strong interpersonal and assertiveness skills
- •ERP knowledge (SAP)

- •Ensure compliance with process flows and work instructions
- •Manage production plans and quality standards
- •Oversee safety standards in a 3-shift operation
- •Maintain continuous production operations
- •Collaborate with the area manager to create an efficient working environment
- •Manage capacities, resources, and personnel during the shift
- •Act as the main contact for process-related questions
- •Ensure adherence to defined process standards
- •Identify improvement opportunities in production processes
- •Address technical, quality, and logistical challenges
- •Motivate and develop the team
- •Collaborate with internal support functions for efficient communication
