**Planning & Control**, the sub-area of Supply Chain Management team focused on optimizing the entire production system, is looking for a result-oriented experienced **Production Planner (m/f/d)** with a strong focus on **production program planning**, **material requirements**, **scheduling** and **capacity planning**, **punctual order release** and **order monitoring** to support robust High-Volume manufacturing in a rapidly growing and dynamic business environment.
**Key responsibilities:**
* Lead, plan and control an integrative end-to-end operational plan to meet customer needs while meeting operational excellence targets
* Integrate all executional activities (manufacturing, material, R&D) while optimizing teams’ resources
* Lead projects and build BI infrastructures to improve working processes.
* Improve line performance to meet inventory targets
* Work with SAP and other internal organizational information systems
* Manage deadlines based on project expectations
* Work and lead in a cross functional environment with multiple interfaces (local and global; R&D, supply chain & manufacturing)
* Solve complex problems and critical situations with other functions to ensure plan execution
**Desired skills:**
* Industrial engineer or comparable training (in supply chain management areas) with at least 4 years of professional experience
* Familiar with forecasting, inventory management, material management & material mitigation
* Customer orientation with the ability to influence and motivate internal and external interfaces with no authority
* Very good analytical skills, sharp & fast thinking
* Good verbal skills, ability to present and communicate key messages to management forums
* Ability to manage long term tasks in addition to the daily execution
* Sound knowledge of SAP or other ERP system
* Fluency in German and English
