Anforderungen
- •Proven experience as a Production Controller or Manufacturing Planner using SAP R/3
- •Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and order management
- •Experience with MES systems and SAP integration
- •Solid understanding of manufacturing KPIs and industrial production processes
- •Knowledge of automated material consumption and inventory postings
- •Experience in business-to-business (B2B) environments
- •Proficiency in ERP systems, reporting tools, and MS Office applications
- •Fluency in German and English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Plan and control production operations within SAP R/3
- •Create, release, maintain, monitor, and complete production orders
- •Schedule and manage production orders considering capacities, priorities, and material availability
- •Continuously monitor production progress and intervene in case of deviations
- •Analyze production deviations and initiate corrective actions
- •Ensure material availability for production in coordination with material planning, warehouse, and purchasing
- •Resolve material shortages, stock discrepancies, and booking errors
- •Support inventory counts and execute inventory adjustments
- •Maintain and ensure accurate master data, including bills of material and production parameters
- •Ensure data consistency between SAP R/3 and connected MES systems
- •Provide production and shop floor support for manufacturing and cross-functional teams
- •Analyze production KPIs such as efficiency, scrap, downtime, and throughput
- •Monitor and utilize automated consumption postings
- •Prepare reports, analyses, and evaluations related to production performance
- •Support month-end closing activities in production and inventory areas
- •Contribute to continuous improvement of production, control, and system processes
