- •Hands-on experience with Open Journal Systems (OJS)

- •Experience coordinating production workflows
- •Experience with Publish-Review-Curate (PRC) models

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage the entire article production workflow
- •Coordinate with external production vendors
- •Onboard and serve as the main contact for vendors
- •Define workflows, deliverables, and quality standards
- •Track production timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- •Troubleshoot production issues with vendors
- •Evaluate and provide feedback on vendor deliverables
- •Oversee production from pre-publication to final version
- •Collaborate with the Editorial Coordinator for smooth transitions
- •Coordinate article processing schedules for timely publication
- •Manage article schedules and manuscript tracking
- •Communicate with authors and maintain documentation
- •Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
