Deine Aufgaben

•Manage the entire article production workflow
•Coordinate with external production vendors
•Onboard and serve as the main contact for vendors
•Define workflows, deliverables, and quality standards
•Track production timelines and ensure deadlines are met
•Troubleshoot production issues with vendors
•Evaluate and provide feedback on vendor deliverables
•Oversee production from pre-publication to final version
•Collaborate with the Editorial Coordinator for smooth transitions
•Coordinate article processing schedules for timely publication
•Manage article schedules and manuscript tracking
•Communicate with authors and maintain documentation
•Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
