Anforderungen
- •Technical engineering degree or similar technical training
- •Experience in maintenance, production engineering or technical projects in a GMP environment
- •Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and plant maintenance
- •Confidence in troubleshooting complex equipment
- •Ability to lead situationally and work well across functions
- •Structured, reliability, and hands-on approach
- •Fluency in German and English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Act as the technical link between Value Streams and M2U
- •Plan and coordinate maintenance shutdowns
- •Troubleshoot daily operations
- •Improve and adjust equipment while ensuring GMP compliance
- •Coordinate with suppliers and internal partners during breakdowns
- •Work on deviations, SQUIPP, and CAPA actions
- •Lead small investment projects in plant engineering
- •Support project management on maintenance topics
- •Cover for other plant engineers and participate in on-call service
- •Act as a technical SME and support operational readiness
- •Contribute to plant and process safety
