- Act as a key interface between the global product team and sub-regional markets, ensuring alignment of seasonal strategies and long-term goals.
- Lead the development of a performance-driven product strategy, continuously optimised to meet commercial targets and consumer expectations.
- Curate compelling product assortments tailored to elevate the customer experience across diverse retail landscapes.
- Steer a shared focus between global/regional alignment and sub-region-specific needs and opportunities.
