Anforderungen
- •10+ years of experience in portfolio management, analyst role, retail or institutional sales, product management, product specialist, or institutional client service role
- •Post-graduate degree or global equivalent in a relevant field
- •Specific experience in Equities asset class
- •Strong written and verbal command of German and English
- •Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
- •Experience in a large financial institution and strong networking ability
- •Demonstrated success in balancing client interests and needs
- •Coaching and influencing skills with intellectual and cultural curiosity
- •Ambition and organizational skills
- •Self-starter with strong can-do attitude
- •IT literacy and experience with common software applications
- •Experience with Microsoft CoPilot
- •Availability to travel for professional duties

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support the global Equity group managing over €140 billion in assets
- •Collaborate with the Product Specialists and Investment teams
- •Advocate for AllianzGI’s equity franchise, focusing on systematic equity offerings
- •Provide detailed product information on investment processes and performance
- •Serve as the interface between Portfolio Management and Distribution
- •Represent the fund manager at marketing events and client meetings
- •Lead internal and external communication of investment-related content
- •Write portfolio commentaries to assist Distribution and marketing teams
- •Train the sales force on technical details of the investment strategy
- •Monitor strategy performance against competitors and market conditions
- •Contribute to the RFP process with relevant portfolio content
- •Engage in product development initiatives
