## Product Solutions Manager (m/f/d) At Limehome, we’re transforming hospitality through technology, and we’re looking for a Product Solution Manager to help scale our operations using smart, automated workflows and AI-powered tools. If you’re passionate about solving real-world problems with modern tech, this role gives you the ownership and impact you’re looking for! **How you’ll be hosting with heart:** * Identify high-impact opportunities to automate manual workflows across teams, especially in Operations and Customer Experience * Design and deliver automation solutions using tools like Make, Zapier, Retool and OpenAI – from idea to rollout * Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, and Operations to integrate AI into internal processes and tools * Lead internal training and change management to support successful AI and automation adoption * Track and document the performance and ROI of implemented automations * Stay ahead of the curve by continuously exploring and proposing new AI or no-code technologies for business use ## Requirements **What you need to shoot for the stars:** * Proven experience with **workflow automation tools** (e.g., Make, Zapier, Retool, n8n) and/or **AI APIs** (OpenAI, Google Vertex, etc.).
