- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- •Strong knowledge of Quality by Design (QbD) and risk assessment tools such as FMEA
- •Proven experience with food/supplements label declaration, claims substantiation, and product formulation
- •Understanding of nutrient and contaminant testing methods
- •Preventive mindset with ability to identify potential failure
- •Confident communication in English (minimum B2 level) and comfort working cross-functionally
- •2 to 5 years of professional experience

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support new product development by integrating quality and regulatory requirements from the start
- •Define and review testing plans for new products to ensure compliance with methods and specifications
- •Verify compliance with label declarations, ingredient lists, and nutritional information
- •Act as a subject matter expert during audits, inspections, and cross-functional collaborations
- •Manage non-conformities and conduct root cause analyses
- •Define and execute corrective actions for quality issues
- •Provide input on product-related customer complaints and escalate significant quality issues
- •Define and maintain the finished product testing matrix based on risk assessment
- •Prepare and present monthly NPD quality KPIs
