Anforderungen
- •B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related technical disciplines
- •10+ years of professional experience in software product development
- •5+ years as a Product Owner, preferably in industrial technology, networking, or infrastructure software
- •Knowledge of industrial networking, network operations, and/or industrial IoT ecosystems
- •Understanding of IT and OT network convergence challenges
- •Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum framework
- •Knowledge of cloud, SaaS, on-prem, and hybrid deployment models for industrial applications
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Ability to translate complex technical concepts effectively
- •Curiosity and quick-learning
- •Experience applying agile practices in complex technical product development environments
