Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- •Proven experience as a Product Owner or Service Owner in Quality Management, Transition Management, Test Automation/Monitoring, TEM, TDM, or related areas
- •Deep understanding of test processes, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps principles, and agile mindset
- •Experience in Scrum or SAFe environments
- •Solid knowledge of test environment and test data management concepts
- •Hands-on experience in relevant tools and platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, Azure DevOps)
- •Previous experience in large enterprises within the financial industry
- •Strong understanding of GDPR and FINMA compliance requirements
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Ability to translate technical and business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
