Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- •Excellent English skills (minimum C1 level); good German skills (minimum B2 level)
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- •Confident communicator with ability to present complex topics
- •Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies

- •Experience bringing digital products from concept to market
- •Strong Agile and DevOps mindset
- •Experience with the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus

- •Lead a team developing a platform for remote access and control functions
- •Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with strategic objectives
- •Own and manage the product roadmap reflecting business priorities and market needs
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into product requirements
- •Balance business objectives with technical constraints for consistent value delivery
- •Translate high-level business objectives into actionable user stories and specifications
- •Ensure technical leadership and guidance for development teams
- •Maintain a prioritized and well-groomed backlog, adapting as priorities evolve
- •Identify and mitigate risks related to technical dependencies and system integration
- •Drive continuous improvement by analyzing product performance and gathering feedback
- •Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitiveness
