Our team and our performance are also at the heart of everything we do at ALDI DX. ## Your Job **What you give your best for.** * Product development: assuming overall responsibility for further developing and continuously improving a product in the area of pricing throughout the entire product life cycle * Vision and strategy: creating and updating the product vision, goals and strategy in line with ALDI DX’s strategy and the international pricing strategy * Stakeholder collaboration: collaborating with various stakeholders to increase the added value of a product and boost customer satisfaction * Product team management: managing the cross-functional product team with regard to the requirements and expectations for each sprint * Supplier management: collaborating with and actively managing the software supplier to ensure that requirements are implemented correctly * Backlog management: taking responsibility for prioritising the backlog from developing ideas to implementing them in the system ## Your Profile **What you should have.** * Hands-on experience as a product owner or in product management * Experience leading agile teams and the ability to adapt to new environments and changing circumstances * SAP knowledge, ideally in the area of retail and/or pricing * ITIL4 certification including strong IT service management skills * Sound understanding of agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and practical work experience in agile environments * Professional proficiency in English **What is desirable.** * Basic understanding of ALDI’s business dynamics and processes, especially in terms of product development and management * Knowledge of the Buying business area in order to better understand and implement market trends and requirements ## Your Benefits **How we value your work.** * Partial mobile working within Germany * State-of-the-art technologies * Attractive remuneration as well as holiday and Christmas bonuses * Future-oriented training and development * Modular onboarding and buddy * Corporate Health Management programme ## Your Tech Stack **What you work with, among other things.** * M365 * Many more, depending on the job Travel: partial mobile working within Germany
