# Product Operation Specialist (Temporary 12 months)
**Zürich / Splügenstrasse 5** | **Full time**

For our legal entity Vontobel Swiss Financial Advisers (Vontobel SFA), a US licensed Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), we are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our team for 12 months.
**What would your role be?**
* Take over the static data, transactions, investigations, reconciliation, system testing and regulatory reporting as well as handling of open issues, scanning & archiving client’s documentation
* Act as the point of contact between Front Offices and Outsourcer
* Establish yourself as a trusted partner for various stakeholders
* Identify and recommend ways to improve processes, reduce risks, strengthen controls
* Commit to a culture of continuous improvement centered on client service
**What are we looking for?**
* A quick learner with the willingness to expand expertise / know-how in various business areas
* Ideally previous banking experience, within the Private Banking as a Banking Operations Specialist. Knowledge of securities products would be an advantage.
* Knowledge of Client Onboarding/Offboarding, mutation and its formalities
* Knowledge of MS Office and if possible Avaloq
* Good communication skills in English and ideally German, and able to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels
* Ability to improve processes, reduce risks or increase customer satisfaction
