Anforderungen
- •Merchandising experience in Fashion/Apparel industry
- •Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Product Management or similar
- •Strong analytical and verbal and written communication skills
- •Fashion lover with trend identification and product sensibility
- •Sales-oriented mindset and analytical skills
- •Understanding of target consumers and competitive environment
- •Understanding of industry, consumer, and culture on global level
- •Advanced computer literacy and facility with Microsoft Office, Excel, Keynote/Power Point, Illustrator and FLEX system
- •Organizational ability to facilitate multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- •Cooperative team environment promoting high performance standards
- •Resourcefulness, hands-on approach, and sense of urgency

Deine Aufgaben
- •Create line plans based on seasonal targets and market needs
- •Build and monitor a reliable pricing architecture
- •Collect data to support the Merchandising Manager's analysis
- •Conduct desk research and field visits to understand consumer needs
- •Follow up on sales forecasts and product performance
- •Analyze product life cycle and SKU efficiency
- •Build and maintain an accurate line list by style and color
- •Support the seasonal sample order process from selection to allocation
- •Collaborate with Design and Development teams for project accuracy
- •Provide requested content to the brand Marketing team
- •Evaluate launched items through market feedback and performance checks
- •Collaborate with sales teams and agents for insights
- •Maintain and update the line plan and FLEX system
- •Support Product Line meetings as needed
- •Keep pricing architecture and competitor analysis presentations updated
