- •2-3 years of professional field experience in comparable regional or Production System positions
- •Deep product knowledge of Precision Technology
- •Solid knowledge of marketing, communication, and training fundamentals
- •Willingness to travel
- •Experience in practical agriculture and deep agronomic knowledge in European Agriculture
- •Independent and creative work style
- •Confidence and enjoyment of presenting in front of an audience
- •Open and communicative nature and enthusiasm for agricultural technology
- •Additional language capabilities
- •Degree in Business/Management/Agriculture/Engineering/Marketing or equivalent experience

Deine Aufgaben
- •Own the ECAP 3.0 step for Precision Technology in R2
- •Develop marketing initiatives to boost adoption and utilization of Precision Technology
- •Identify opportunities that add value for customers and dealers
- •Determine targeted purchase funnel steps to meet marketing objectives
- •Create tactics in collaboration with MarCom, Sales Services, PR & Events, and Pricing & Incentives
- •Validate and implement go-to-market plans with ECAP 4.0
- •Lead training content development focused on continuous education and enhancing Precision Technology capabilities
- •Support event planning and content creation
- •Collaborate with other product Go-to-market managers to communicate the value of Precision Technology
