## (Senior) Product Manager VX One (m/f/d) ###### Permanent employee, Full-time · Heidelberg, München, Berlin, Leipzig --- ##### Become part of the Verivox Team We are looking for a **(Senior) Product Manager** to join our team as a full-time (40h/week) employee. The position is available for immediate start in **Berlin, Leipzig, Munich or Heidelberg.** In the Verivox Organization we are the business unit that aims to provide the best checkout for our customers but also acts in the background throughout all of Verivox. Our Vision is to give every business unit extra time and money to scale their business. We build services and components such as the Design System, that connect and serve other business units, offering a secure 'paved road' to production, accelerating time to market and establish api-driven business capabilities across Verivox. ##### Your mission * You are responsible for the continuous planning and execution throughout the life cycle of our global checkout and design system. * This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer insights, and working closely with UX, development, finance, and business intelligence to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met along the full user journey from acquisition to retention. * You support the vision, mission, strategy, and direction of your product and analyze, define, and steer the goals and metrics that drive success. * You achieve this by capturing a wide range of inputs, understanding and prioritizing this work by efficiently reconciling business goals, user needs and implementation efforts – with the aim to always work on the most impactful projects. * You are accountable for transparent alignment with all involved stakeholders to ensure smooth expectation management. * You work in a sociocracy organized, cross-functional team to identify and shape the business model of your product or service and to identify its biggest risks and opportunities. * You are eager to unveil the problems that you’re tackling through user research and regular interaction with customers and validate your ideas by applying diverse methods and tools in the fields of Lean Startup, Design Thinking etc. * You constantly evaluate if your solutions have solved the problem through quantitative and qualitative measures, both in betas and after full release. ##### Your essential experience and education * You have several years of expertise in agile and lean Product Management or equivalent experience with a proven track record of shipping and quickly iterating impactful products. * You have experience working with both qualitative customer insights, and quantitative data to take informed decisions. You’ve conducted user research, a/b tests and have worked closely with design, researchers, and analysts.
