Anforderungen

•Degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Supply Chain Management, or comparable field
•5–7 years of experience in SAP Product Management
•Strong understanding of Service Station Operations, supply chain, and billing processes
•Experience with SAP BTP, AI capabilities, and Joule Agents
•Knowledge of competing solutions and market alternatives
•Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work
•Proven ability to plan proactively and execute tasks efficiently
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills with collaborative mindset
•Ability to lead workshops, customer sessions, and strategic discussions up to C-Level
•Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
•Willingness to travel as needed

•Own and manage the full product lifecycle of the RFNO solution
•Define and maintain the RFNO product backlog and strategic roadmap
•Develop a clear product vision and strategy aligned with industry trends
•Analyze market trends and customer requirements to identify new opportunities
•Document and prioritize use cases and acceptance criteria for product development
•Lead the planning and scoping of new features for the RFNO portfolio
•Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Consulting on go-to-market strategies
•Engage with SAP, customers, and partners to drive co-innovation
•Coordinate cross-functional teams for product development and improvement
