- •Own the product vision and strategy for the internal developer platform
- •Define the roadmap for CI/CD, developer tooling, and internal APIs
- •Apply customer-centric product management practices to prioritize the platform roadmap
- •Define and track DevEx metrics like lead time and deployment frequency
- •Drive initiatives that enhance flow, safety, and team autonomy
- •Create and evolve golden paths for common use cases
- •Ensure platform defaults are secure and production-ready
- •Develop the platform adoption strategy, including documentation and migration paths
- •Make platform-level decisions to optimize system throughput
- •Partner daily with Product and Platform Engineering teams
- •Translate platform capabilities into compelling narratives for engineers
