Product Manager PAT(m/w/x)

In this hybrid role, you will drive the success of the PAT product portfolio by shaping its vision, managing product launches, and ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and advocating for the portfolio's growth.

Anforderungen

• •University or engineering degree in biotechnology, natural science, business administration, or related field
• •Proven years of industry experience
• •MBA or additional post-graduation business-focused degree preferred
• •Knowledge and experience in Process Automation and PAT
• •Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams
• •Several years of working experience in product management, marketing, or relevant field
• •Strong verbal and written negotiation and communication skills
• •Ability to present with high impact to senior and top management
• •Highly organized and results-oriented personality
• •Excellent networking abilities
• •Excellent proficiency in English, both in writing and oral
• •German is a plus
• •Willingness to travel (approx. 40-50%)
