Anforderungen
- •University or engineering degree in biotechnology, natural science, business administration, or related field
- •Proven years of industry experience
- •MBA or additional post-graduation business-focused degree preferred
- •Knowledge and experience in Process Automation and PAT
- •Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams
- •Several years of working experience in product management, marketing, or relevant field
- •Strong verbal and written negotiation and communication skills
- •Ability to present with high impact to senior and top management
- •Highly organized and results-oriented personality
- •Excellent networking abilities
- •Excellent proficiency in English, both in writing and oral
- •German is a plus
- •Willingness to travel (approx. 40-50%)
