# Product Manager (m/f/d) Patient Portal **DEU - Trier** | **Full time** **Do you want a job with a purpose?** **And do you want to make healthcare safer, better and more reliable?** **Join our Team!** We are looking for you, located in **Trier or 100 % remote in Germany** as a **Product Manager (m/f/d) Patient Portal** **Your responsibilities:** * Workflow orientated product management for a Patient Portal (web portal and mobile app) * Ensuring KHZG FTB2 readiness including interoperability (ISiK, FHIR) and data privacy * Ensuring smooth user orientated workflows in interaction with ORBIS * Analysis, prioritization and implementation of market requirements and trends * Conception and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams * Communication with our customers and development partners * Identifying and resolving dependencies on other teams * Definition of User-Journeys in cooperation with UX designers * Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy * Driving the digitalization of clinical admission and treatment processes * Preparation of manuals and product documentation **Your qualifications and skill requirements:** * A successfully completed degree in the field of health care or product management, alternatively an equivalent combination of education and professional experience (ideally from the hospital sector) * Working experience in Software Product Management or equivalent * More than 2 years’ experience in hospital patient admission and treatment processes or equivalent * Very well structured and organized as well as very good knowledge of clinical processes * Enjoy challenges and finding solutions as well as affinity for value-oriented digitalization * Very strong human relations skills and excellent communication skills in German and English (French is a plus) * KHZG knowledge would be an advantage **What we offer:** * Permanent employment contract with attractive salary for a long-term perspective * Flexible working hours and working time models – for a good work-life-balance * Home office incl.
