**Your tasks:**
* Product management to innovate workflows in the patient administration
* Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy
* Communication with our customers and Dedalus internal stakeholders and other Dedalus PBU’s
* Sales & services support
* Analysis, prioritization and implementation of market requirements and trends in healthcare
* Conception and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams.
* PO role in the agile R&D team
* Product related documentation (manuals, release notes etc.)
* Management of requirements according to process across multiple R&D teams
* Drive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs.
* Actively manage the communication about your product towards customers, services, and management.

**You bring along:**
* Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Health Management or an equivalent qualification with practical experience in managing patient workflows
* 2 to 5 years of experience in the software industry in the areas of product management, R&D, service, or customer support
* alternatively, 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a hospital environment (clinic, healthcare institution, or medical care centre) with a strong affinity for IT and in-depth knowledge of patient administration
* Market knowledge in the hospital healthcare domain, especially in administrative processes
