## Job Description Join us in this exciting role as **Product Manager for Automotive Growth & Engagement**. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle for this portfolio, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that serve both Professional Sellers (dealerships) and Buyers in the automotive market. Your work will directly shape how these users interact with our products, contributing to enhanced customer experiences and driving business growth. **About the Role** Our AutoScout24 and MotoScout24 brands are two of the leading Swiss marketplaces for listing and searching motor vehicles, reaching thousands of users daily. In this role, you will expand our automotive product portfolio by developing and managing solutions that support buyers throughout their journey - from early-stage education on emerging vehicle technologies, such as electric vehicles, to the entire purchase process, providing a seamless experience. You’ll work cross-functionally to create and optimize these services, collaborating with stakeholders to drive revenue growth and increase the adoption of our financial and educational resources. This is a career-defining opportunity for someone passionate about the intersection of automotive and digital innovation, ready to make a meaningful impact on how consumers and professional sellers engage with the latest technologies and services. **What you will be doing** Your primary responsibility is to lead a **cross-functional scrum team** to deliver products that are **viable, valuable, usable, and feasible**. Key responsibilities include: * **Shape the vision, strategy, and KPIs** for the product portfolio, aligning product decisions with business goals to drive user engagement and platform growth. * **Manage the product roadmap and lifecycle**: Leverage market trends, product metrics, and international benchmarks to prioritize impactful projects and ensure the team is focused on high-value initiatives. * **Act as a bridge between stakeholders**, including business, technical teams, and customers, to integrate diverse perspectives into product development. * **Understand customer needs** through research and direct interaction with buyers and sellers, identifying early-stage informational gaps as well as practical requirements as they move through the purchasing journey. * **Collaborate with your team to envision and deliver innovative solutions** that enhance the customer experience, from initial vehicle discovery to final purchase decisions. * **Collaborating with stakeholders** to drive revenue growth and increase adoption of our financial and educational resources. * **Evaluate product success** using both quantitative and qualitative metrics, including Beta testing and post-launch reviews, to ensure solutions meet customer needs and drive business results. * **Maintain product quality** by taking ownership of data accuracy, process efficiency, and delivering high standards in each release. ## Qualifications * **Fluent in German and English (mandatory)** * **Bachelor’s degree** in business, finance, engineering, or related fields * **3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager**, with a proven record of launching impactful products, ideally in automotive, e-commerce, or similar digital sectors * Expertise in mobile app and/or web platform product development, ideally within a marketplace setting * Strong experience working with **cross-functional teams** (UX/UI designers, engineers, marketing teams) and managing distributed teams * Proficiency in analyzing both **qualitative and quantitative data** to inform product decisions. Familiarity with **A/B testing** and data-driven product management is a plus * Ability to **clearly communicate product decisions** and the rationale behind them, comfortable making decisions independently while supporting team decision-making * Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across teams and hierarchies * **Ownership mentality**: Eager to take accountability for delivering business and product outcomes by collaborating with stakeholders ## Additional Information **Benefits you'll love** * 6 weeks of holidays (with the possibility to buy up to 10 additional days) * 40-hour week * 18 weeks of maternity leave and 6 weeks of paternity leave. Also applies in cases of adoption. * Flexible working arrangements (we strongly value work-life balance) * Access to mental health, well-being, and counselling platforms * Swiss transport system half-fare card and travel first class by train between SMG sites in Switzerland * Choose your hardware (Mac, Windows or Linux + monitor for home) * Choose your mobile phone (iPhone, Samsung, Pixel) \*Recruiting Agency Disclaimer Swiss Marketplace Group AG engages directly with candidates and does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruitment agencies unless specifically requested. Submissions without prior approval will not be acknowledged or considered. We appreciate agencies' understanding and cooperation in respecting this policy. # LI-Hybrid
