Anforderungen
- •University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field, ideally complemented by an MBA
- •More than 5 years of experience in product management or engineering within construction equipment or powertrain industry
- •Strong industry knowledge and hands-on experience with engines and construction machinery
- •Excellent command of English and German (B2), knowledge of French as an asset
- •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project
- •Strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset, excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, resilience and assertiveness
