•Define and manage product roadmaps for Cleanroom Textile and future business lines
•Oversee various product groups and set long-term strategies aligned with business goals
•Act as a second-line contact for sales teams regarding product groups
•Define and maintain service specifications for product groups
•Create strong value propositions and ensure timely distribution of product information
•Provide expert second-line support to sales teams
•Deliver product and service training to commercial teams
•Manage product introductions and phase-outs within portfolios
•Coordinate suitable alternatives for discontinued items
•Drive innovation by leveraging market research and competitive insights
•Gather and analyze Voice of Customer feedback to support growth
•Monitor profitability and initiate cost/value improvement actions
•Coordinate promotional needs with the Marketing team
