# Product Line Leader Hook & Skip Loader (f/m/d)

As the Product Line Leader for PALFINGER's Product Line Management and Engineering (PLME), you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and innovation of our global product portfolio. This position reports to the SVP PLM & Engineering.

## Your Responsibilities:
• Lead the product line leadership team, including the global R&D organization, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Manage the entire product life cycle of all products and solutions in the global portfolio, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Develop a global product strategy in collaboration with sales regions, define regional target segments, gather stakeholder requirements, and create a prioritized product portfolio and project roadmap that reflects diverse perspectives.
• Take ownership of the Product Line's P&L with a clear goal to achieve global growth.
• Implement planned product development projects in accordance with the defined product development process (PDP), promoting innovation and teamwork.
• Regularly present the product line strategy and product roadmap to the Executive Board and regional representatives, highlighting achievements and future plans.
• Represent and position the product line within the entire product line portfolio of PALFINGER, advocating for its strengths and potential.
• Collaborate with other product line managers and center of excellence managers to develop the overarching product lines/portfolio strategy of PALFINGER AG.

## Your Qualifications:
• A Master's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Product Development or Product (life cycle) management, with a track record of success.
• Extensive experience in the design and development of complex mechatronic systems.
• Strong project management skills and experience in implementing complex international development projects.
• At least 5 years of experience leading international management teams in a complex, multidimensional organizational structure.
• High social competence and leadership skills, with an understanding of diverse cultures and nationalities.
• Business fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Over 5 years of senior leadership responsibilities, demonstrating effective and empathetic leadership.

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 65.432,36 per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
