**What you do**
*Growth strategy and Go to Market*
* Define strategic position and roadmap of the line of business in the corresponding markets based on existing portfolio, market condition and overall company strategy
* Define, steer and execute the local BU specific go to market and growth initiatives supporting the overall growth ambition
* Identify any growth gaps vs financial targets and support on building remediation plan to bridge the gap
*Product planning*
* Develop and enhance products to target new market segments or enhance value proposition in existing segments
* Lead cross-functional teams towards the local implementation of new products and innovations (typically including Operations, Networks, IT, Sales, Technical Product, Underwriting/ Pricing)
* Monitor customer satisfaction and product utilization and deducting improvement in customer experience
