Anforderungen
- •Legal eligibility for work authorization in Switzerland
- •University degree in engineering, business engineering, or comparable field
- •8+ years of product management experience
- •Experience in innovation and system-level integration
- •Ability to manage diverse product families
- •Understanding of business economics and financials
- •Experience in fire safety or building management
- •Familiarity with lean/agile development methodologies
- •Resilience and analytical approach to work
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Proficiency in English
- •Knowledge of German and European languages

- •Maintain a comprehensive fire safety system architecture overview
- •Ensure component interoperability and regulatory compliance

- •Coordinate roadmaps and alignment across product managers
- •Manage product profitability and strategic discontinuations
- •Guide product managers in defining and prioritizing requirements
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to improve user experience
- •Coordinate ongoing product maintenance and enhancements
- •Conduct market research and detailed competitive analysis
- •Develop marketing strategies for successful product launches
- •Perform regular financial and portfolio performance analyses
- •Mentor the product management team on best practices
